Affordability

Thirty-six homes are through the City of Seattle MFTE program. An additional thirty-six homes are in thanks to an impact investment by Seattle Children’s Hospital to help provide attainable housing in the city for those who earn 80% of AMI. 

All 72 apartments are income-qualified based on the number of people in a home and the annual gross (before taxes) household income.

Studios homes available at 65%-75% AMI
One-bedroom homes available at 75%-80% AMI
Two- and three-bedroom homes at 80% AMI
